How our incentive programme works

At the end of each month, Travel Counsellors who have hit certain eligibility criteria are entered into a draw to win a coveted spot on an incredible trip – with our most recent destination being the ancient region of Cape Sounion, Greece.

A sneak peek into our latest incentive trip

Nine of our Travel Counsellors have recently returned from a three-night stay at the Grecotel Cape Sounio Boutique Resort, around 70km from Athens.

The group kicked off their stay with a welcome lunch in the hotel’s Aegean Grill, a waterfront restaurant with spectacular views of the Temple of Poseidon – where they would later head for a stunning sunset tour.

Day two involved a trip to Athens itself, with a scenic drive along the coast offering the perfect start to the day. Upon arrival, our Travel Counsellors were greeted by Betty from The Dolli – one of the most celebrated hotels in the world – who took our business owners on a private tour around this history-rich city.

After immersing themselves in the history and mythology of Greece – and visiting Athens’ most iconic landmark, the Acropolis - it was back to The Dolli for a site inspection and a traditional lunch in their rooftop restaurant. It was a true Greek feast, with courses including Greek salad, tzatziki, taramasalata, prawn saganaki, and traditional Greek dessert of Galaktoboureko and Mastika ice cream.

That evening, back at Grecotel Cape Sounio, a sophisticated wine tasting evening was on the agenda, led by in-house sommelier, Panagiotis, who guided our Travel Counsellors note-by-note through some of the finest wines that Greece has to offer.

On the final day, our business owners had some free time to soak up the glorious sunshine on the beach or around the hotel’s sea water pool. After a few hours of rest and relaxation, it was time to head to the third and final property of the trip – The Roc Club, near to the Astir Marina – where the group enjoyed a site tour, washed down with signature cocktails overlooking the yachts.

After an unforgettable three-night stay, our business owners were presented with a thoughtful parting gift by General Manager, George: a mini hamper consisting of Greek olive oil, Cretan thyme honey (made at Grecotel’s own farm in Crete), traditional sweets, oregano, and samples of two local liquors – Tsikoudia and Rakomelo.
