Gold Travel Counsellors celebrate in style in Sardinia and Corfu

We think it’s so important to recognise hard work and dedication, and what better way to do it than with some very special trips for our Gold Travel Counsellors. After all, who doesn’t love a free holiday?

This month 79 of our top-performing Travel Counsellors escaped to the Conrad Hilton in Sardinia or Grecotel Corfu Imperial resort. On both trips, they were treated to an exclusive dinner, celebrating their achievements with directors and support center colleagues. We were joined by supplier sponsors including Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Qatar Airways, Accor, Rixos Hotels, Royal Pavilion, Fairmont St Andrews, and Sofitel – Dubai the Palm.

It was an amazing opportunity to spend time with the community and reflect on the record-breaking past 12 months, all while learning about the incredible hotels on offer to customers.

Our ‘Gold’ status is awarded to Travel Counsellors who have reached certain Gold targets and milestones set each year to motivate and push those who want to take their business to the next level.

We spoke to Gold TC Olivia Posca to find out what being a Gold TC means to her:

“I had such an amazing weekend in Sardinia and to be surrounded with like minded TC’s, support centre colleagues and suppliers was exhilarating . I was so lucky to have been part of this weekend and it was such a special way to be recognised for our achievements.

I remember the day I became Gold. I got so many messages from support centre colleagues and fellow TCs and there was such a buzz. It’s so special to be part of a company where everybody shares your successes and long may it continue. Being a Gold TC for me is such an achievement and I feel very proud, I am lucky to absolutely love my job!”

Every Travel Counsellor has the opportunity to become a Gold Travel Counsellor, and with our qualified Business Coaches and dedicated workshops, everyone in the community has the support they need to get there.

Gold TCs were invited to choose from one of four Gold trips in 2023. We've got another two exciting destinations coming up later this year, so watch this space!
