Our community just keeps growing! This week we’re thrilled to welcome our latest cohort of 15 new Travel Counsellors - including an incredible 11 Travel Academy starters from a diverse range of backgrounds. From a Director of Business Systems to an IT Project Manager, a Creative Manager and a Financial Investment Relationship Manager, we're as thrilled by the wealth of expertise they bring, as by their passion for travel and desire to carve out a new path.

That's what our Travel Academy is all about. It's about helping you turn your love of travel into a rewarding career. Whether you've been in IT or interior design, we've got the tools, training, and support you need to make your travel dream a reality.

Our Academy Travel Counsellors are joining alongside some new Travel Counsellors who are bringing a wealth of industry experience with them: Zoe Woodward has been in the travel industry for 25 years - most recently for the last 15 with ANZCRO (an Australia, New Zealand, and South Pacific specialist) as reservations consultant. We’re also delighted to welcome new Corporate Travel Counsellor, Lucie Boreham, who brings 20 years of experience as a Senior Manager at Flight Centre Business Travel.

Our new Travel Counsellors are currently immersed in our comprehensive induction and training. Accredited by the Institute of Travel and Tourism, our in-depth programmes cover every essential aspect of running a successful travel business, from client management to mastering the intricacies of crafting bespoke travel itineraries.

By the end of the induction, our new starters will have their businesses fully operational, ready to make the most of the upcoming January ‘peaks’ period, the busiest time of year for travel sales. They’ll be starting 2025 on their own terms – they’ll be able to decide when and where they want to work and will be in complete control of their earnings.
