Reset, focus, adopt: wrapping up our TC Together mini conferences

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been bringing our Travel Counsellor community together at a series of inspiring TC Together mini conferences across the UK – and what incredible events they’ve been.

From London and Birmingham to Edinburgh, Bristol and Manchester, these events gave our franchise owners the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, reconnect with their business goals, and refocus on the opportunities ahead.

This year’s theme – Reset, focus, adopt – perfectly captured the energy in the room at every location. It was all about embracing new ways of working, building confidence in key business areas, and learning from one another in a supportive community environment.

Learning from each other

One of the standout elements of the TC Together events was hearing directly from our Travel Counsellors themselves.

Insightful panel sessions saw franchise owners take to the stage to share honest, practical advice on how they’ve grown their businesses through:

• Adopting social media more confidently

• Proactively asking for referrals from existing customers

Building confidence through social media

Another highlight was our keynote session from Kineta Kelsall from School of Social, who has been working closely with our community of franchise owners over recent months to deliver tailored social media training.

Kineta’s session focused on helping Travel Counsellors feel more confident creating authentic content online and showing up consistently on social platforms.

The keynote was followed by an interactive content creation workshop, where attendees had the opportunity to practice filming ‘piece to camera’ style videos in a supportive environment.

For many, this pushed them outside their comfort zone – but it also demonstrated just how powerful personal branding and authentic storytelling can be when growing a travel business.

Connecting with trusted supplier partners

Our TC Together events also gave Travel Counsellors the chance to hear the latest product updates from our valued supplier partners.

The popular ‘TC Travel Market’ created a buzzing atmosphere where attendees could meet partners face-to-face, explore new opportunities, and strengthen relationships that help deliver exceptional experiences for customers and clients.

These conversations are invaluable in helping our franchise owners stay informed, inspired, and ready to create even more personalised travel experiences.

Getting the latest updates on our new tech roll-outs

Innovation continues to play a huge role in supporting our Travel Counsellors, and attendees also received updates on the latest technology rollouts across the business.
