Setting sail for success: Highlights from our Cruise Roadshow

Earlier this week, we welcomed over 30 Travel Counsellors to our Cruise Roadshow at voco Manchester. Over two inspiring days, they connected with 11 of our valued cruise suppliers and our in-house training team, diving deep into the ever-evolving world of cruise.

The event was all about equipping Travel Counsellors with the tools, knowledge and confidence they need to grow their businesses through cruise. From engaging supplier sessions to hands-on workshops led by our training team on day two, every part of the programme was designed to help Travel Counsellors sharpen their skills and put new learning into practice straight away.

It was also a chance to step away from their day-to-day routine and spend quality time with fellow Travel Counsellors - sharing ideas, asking questions, and building relationships that will support them long after the event.

Among those attending was Travel Counsellor Emma Otter, winner of the TTG Travel Awards’ Cruise Travel Agent of the Year 2024, who shared: “You can never know enough about cruise, and things are always changing - from new products to new portals and new promotions - so these opportunities are important to help us stay one step ahead.”
