Travel Counsellors set sail on TC Olympics winner’s cruise

Throughout the year, we run incredible incentives to help keep our business owners motivated, happy, and performing at their best.

Back in the summer, we launched our TC Olympics global incentive to coincide with the biggest sporting event of the year – and we’ve just welcomed Team Seoul back from a seven-night winner’s cruise around the Mediterranean, courtesy of our friends at Virgin Voyages.

35 Travel Counsellors boarded the ship in Barcelona, taking in ports across Spain, France, and Italy – including an overnight stay on the island of Ibiza. They were joined by two Support Hub colleagues who had also won places on the trip.

The TC Olympics competition saw our business owners all around the world get put into teams to compete for points – which were earned by hitting certain sales criteria. This was a fantastic opportunity for our Travel Counsellors to collaborate with one another, make friends, and tap into the knowledge of our 2,000-strong community of travel entrepreneurs.

Our team-based incentives are also hugely beneficial to our newer franchisees, as it gives them a chance to integrate into the community and work with more established Travel Counsellors as they get their business off the ground. Plus, the winner’s trip is the ideal opportunity to experience our world-class product portfolio first-hand. Joining the cruise as part of Team Seoul was one franchisee who only launched her business in July when the incentive started!
