Travel Counsellors welcomes experienced trainer, Kristina Seed, to the family

As the UK's leading technology platform for travel entrepreneurs, Travel Counsellors is over the moon to welcome Kristina Seed into our family as a Learning and Development Executive.

Kristina is a powerhouse with an impressive 25 years of experience in the industry. She's got a solid background in training roles across various sectors, starting her journey with Co-op Travel. After they merged with Thomas Cook, she joined their training team and honed her skills in creating effective training programmes. Later, she moved on to work as the Head of Quality at a training provider where she collaborated with various businesses, including some high street travel agencies to support coaches, review internal quality processes, and ensure the training delivery was top-notch.

In her new role with us, Kristina will be shaping the training landscape for all our new joiners, whether they have experience in travel or are new to the industry. Her focus? To ensure our Travel Counsellors get the best, most comprehensive training programmes that empower them to thrive as franchise owners. We're confident that Kristina's expertise will help us develop our award-winning training further and help Travel Counsellors unleash their potential. Our Director of Franchise Sales, Matt Harding, is excited to welcome our newest addition to the team: "We're delighted to have Kristina on board.
