Travel Counsellors welcomes record number of new business owners

We’re delighted to have welcomed a surge of new franchise business owners over the last three months. During the past quarter, 95 entrepreneurs have joined our thriving community, which is a 67% increase in new joiners compared to the same period last year. This now brings the total number of Travel Counsellors to more than 2,200.

March alone marked a significant milestone, with our largest induction group to date. A total of 37 new corporate and leisure Travel Counsellors launched their businesses, representing a 38% increase on the previous record set in January 2025.

The new joiners reflect a diverse mix of professional backgrounds, including experienced travel industry professionals, those returning to the sector, and individuals making a career change.

Among them are former police officers, childminders, landscaping specialists, business executives, and even a professional footballer-turned-coach. Notably, two former cabin crew colleagues have joined forces to build their business together in TC Teams, leveraging their shared industry expertise.
