Welcome to our 14 new business owners!

This week we’ve welcomed 14 new business owners to the Travel Counsellors community, bringing over 200 years’ experience selling leisure and corporate travel between them!

They have all joined our comprehensive induction and training programme, which covers all aspects of running your own travel agency franchise including how to successfully market your business, how to use Phenix – our in-house digital booking platform, and how to maximise your income using our proven business model.

The comprehensive induction and training programme is led by Dawn Bould who has been with Travel Counsellors since 2015 and plays a vital part in getting Travel Counsellors set for success. Dawn said: “At the last count, I’ve inducted around 1,150 Travel Counsellors! Being Induction Lead means I get to meet the Travel Counsellors right at the start of their journey. It’s an exciting time and often a rollercoaster of emotions, but I feel I have a real impact helping them to navigate their way to launching their own business."
