Consumer champions, Which?, have just launched their Which? Holiday Checker, an online tool rating UK travel providers as 'red', 'amber', or 'green' based on their refund and amendment policies in relation to Covid-19 travel disruption.

Our Flexible Promise

Our pledge is designed to give customers as much confidence and flexibility as possible. For new TC Package bookings made from April 2021, we have committed that if the Government announce a destination change to Amber from Green within 7 days of departure date, we will offer a date or destination change, with our amendment fee waived, or a full refund or credit if you cannot travel.

Our Trust Account

A independent Trust Account, where any customer monies are safeguarded until after return. This provides one of the highest levels of financial protection available on the market and unlike other travel companies, bookings of all sizes are covered; from a full TC Package holiday to a simple airport parking, money will be fully protected and accessible in the event of a supplier failure.

Our ATOL

ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's License) is a financial protection scheme protecting most air package holidays sold by Travel Counsellors, run by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), and backed by the UK Government.

For every passenger Travel Counsellors carries, we make a payment to the scheme which is held in a fund managed by the Air Travel Trust.

This means if a travel business with an ATOL ceases trading, this fund is used to repatriate or reimburse the cost of repaying for the affected parts of the trip.
