We’ve been named one of the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025!

Once again, we’ve been recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in the UK by The Sunday Times, in partnership with WorkL.

This annual nationwide survey celebrates the UK’s top employers across a range of industries and business sizes. With over 500 organisations featured, the accolade highlights those delivering exceptional employee experiences. This marks our third consecutive year receiving this prestigious award, reaffirming our ongoing commitment to building a workplace culture centred on care and belonging.

The results, based on a survey of over 400 support team colleagues, highlight consistently exceptional levels of engagement. We’re delighted to have scored 'excellent' across all six pillars of workplace happiness, with 91% of respondents saying they are proud to work at Travel Counsellors. Overall, our happiness score exceeded 86%.
