What experience do I need?

No previous travel industry experience? No problem. Our online travel training is designed especially for newcomers, guiding you step by step with the knowledge, tools, and support you need to become a successful Travel Counsellor.

You don’t need to be an existing travel agent to enrol in the Travel Academy, you just need:

An entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for travel and be over the age of 18
The drive and commitment to launch and build your own business, knowing this is a full-time opportunity
Excellent customer service skills, a caring attitude, and a proactive approach
Strong people skills, whether networking, on the phone, or face to face
