Who are Travel Counsellors?
We’re a global community of 2000+ travel business owners, with a collective revenue over £650m.
Each of our 2000 Travel Counsellors are franchisees running their own travel businesses from home, all with the backing of our global support teams.
We train and develop all our franchisees to become travel experts through six specialised training courses delivered by ILM-certified business coaches.
These courses cater for those who have decades of travel sales experience, to those who have never worked in the travel industry before.
Our business model is built around one central value: do what’s right for the customer. And it works - in 2019, the British public voted us as the Best National Travel Retailer at the British Travel Awards. And 96% of our Travel Counsellors “love their job” following a recent survey.

What is the Travel Academy?
If you’ve never worked in travel before, you’ll be eligible for our Travel Academy.
Our Travel Academy has been created to do just one thing: coach and nurture professionals from outside the travel sector to become travel experts.
Over 32 weeks, we'll equip you with the skills and tools to build your own successful travel business.
Beyond an industry-leading travel training programme, we provide you with tech hardware, infrastructure and support, and access to our global buying power for better margins on the travel you sell.
And we don’t cap earnings as we operate as a commission-based business – the more travel you sell, the more you earn.
