What does the technology team do?

We always put our people first, but our systems are crucial in enabling them to deliver industry-leading customer experiences. This is where our Technology team comes in.

They developed our in-house digital booking platform, Phenix. They’re also responsible for updating the synced myTC app and providing the business with MI, data and analytics to help us work smarter.
