Celebrating success on the slopes – inside our Québec Gold Weekend

Here at Travel Counsellors, although our franchise owners aren’t given targets to hit, the entrepreneurial nature of our community means many strive to achieve our prestigious Gold status – putting them in the top 10% in terms of sales performance.

We believe hard work and commitment to going beyond for customers should be recognised and rewarded, which is why, every year, we plan a series of ‘Gold Weekends’ to amazing destinations all around the world.

Our Gold Travel Counsellors can choose the trip that appeals to them most, giving them an opportunity to mingle with other high-achieving business owners and members of our colleague community, celebrate success, and meet with our valued supplier partners.

This year, we’ve got six fantastic Gold trips planned, and 13 Travel Counsellors have just returned from our first one of the year – a four-night ‘winter wonderland’ stay at the Club Med Québec-Charlevoix in Canada.

Immersed in unspoiled natural landscapes with spectacular views of the St. Lawrence River, the resort offered the perfect backdrop for a long weekend on the slopes.

Our Travel Counsellors enjoyed an action-packed few days of skiing, snowshoeing, horseback riding, and hiking – and of course, an après ski session or two!

For those seeking a slower pace, there were restorative yoga and muscle awakening classes, and the chance to indulge in a luxurious treatment and make use of the relaxing spa facilities.

On the Saturday evening, guests were transferred to Camp Boule, an altitude buvette perched on top of Le Massif – the highest peak of Charlevoix – for a sumptuous, four-course gala dinner with jaw-dropping views of the snow-capped resort. It was a truly magnificent end to a fantastic Gold Weekend.
