Travel Counsellors named the UK's Best Travel Retailer for the second year running

We are over the moon to announce that for the second year running, we’ve been named the UK’s Best Travel Retailer at the British Travel Awards.

This recognises Travel Counsellors as the best overall travel company in the UK and is especially meaningful to us as it is voted for by our customers.

The BTA Award win is the cherry on top of a successful year for Travel Counsellors, despite the challenges posed by coronavirus.

We won our second Queen’s Award for International Trade, the third Queen's Award in our trophy cabinet.

MoneySavingExpert named Travel Counsellors the ‘Best Travel Company for Refunds’ three times, and we jumped to 48th place in The Sunday Times PwC Top Track 250 league table.

Travel Counsellors won the Lenny Award for ‘Best Learning Culture’, recognising our franchisees commitment to their own personal development throughout lockdown by embracing the training festivals that took place throughout 2020.

We’ve once again been shortlisted in the 2021 TTG Top 50 travel agencies in the ‘Top Homeworking’ and ‘Top Business Travel’ categories and will find out if we win in March 2021.
